KAPOW SAUCE
Premium Bangkok-style Pad Ka’ Prao Kai-Dao Sauce, aka “Kapow”.
This is our house-recipe sauce which we use to make Kapow at The Elephant Shack and Food Trucks.
One bottle will make 12 portions, enough for a dinner party..
A simple dish to cook which delivers complex flavors. To prepare: stir-fry on medium to high heat; 1 cup of chicken breast (preferably chopped) w/ some garlic, when the chicken has barely any pink color remaining, add 3 Tablespoons of Kapow Sauce, and continue to stir-fry until the sauce has cooked into the chicken (approx 1 minute). Plate with jasmine rice and done. *Stir-fry with Thai-basil and Thai-chili with an “over-easy” egg on top, for the best results.
